A: Music publishing is the business of managing, promoting, and monetizing an artist's musical compositions. At Encorporated Group., we specialize in representing songwriters and composers, ensuring that their work is properly administered and that they receive due royalties from various streams. This includes handling licensing agreements for the use of music in films, television, advertising, and digital platforms, as well as collecting performance royalties. By partnering with Encorporated Group., artists can focus on their creative endeavors while we take care of the legal, financial, and promotional aspects of their music.
A: Encorporated Group takes 25% on the backend as a publishing administrator. This means that for the administrative and logistical work involved in managing and promoting your music, such as licensing, royalty collection, and registration with performance rights organizations, Encorporated Group retains 25% of the revenue generated. This allows artists to focus more on their creative endeavors while ensuring that their music is effectively managed and promoted. As a professional music label, Encorporated Group is dedicated to maximizing the potential and earnings of its artists through comprehensive administrative support.
A: All ENC memberships include a 25% administration fee, which means we collect 25% of the royalties we register and collect on your behalf. The remaining 75% is paid directly to you.
Each membership requires a 12-month minimum commitment and will automatically renew annually unless canceled in writing before the renewal date. If you decide to cancel after your first year, ENC will continue collecting any outstanding royalties for up to 12 months following your cancellation to ensure you receive everything you’re owed from prior activity.
